Analysis: EU Weekly Work-Free Sunday Legislative Proposal is Anomalous and Unconstitutional on the Grounds of Subsidiarity Doctrine

The main purpose for this article is to to clarify the fact that based on the doctrine of subsidiarity, the application of a work-free Sunday legislative measure at EU level is anomalous and unconstitutional.

Quite compelling and engaging article about EU legislation: making reference to the 'subsidiarity' rule and 'effect on health and safety for workforce and family life balance' issues as rational for instituting sunday as a day of rest. You have demonstrated in an incredible way the counterpoints of the issues, and provided succinctly, evidences and your own insight, analysis and commentary that maintain focus and build on your credibility. Arguments remain consistent; effective call-to-action which shows a real sense of immediacy. Want to thank God for your passion and insight into this important topical issue. I am really impressed by this article. In future you should be giving more information about this issue. I must admire you for your insightfulness and for the extra ordinary section of work presented. Thank you for sharing this article.
